1. To commission me.
1.a. You must be at least 18 years old.
1.b. You have to accept and comply with my Terms of Service.
1.c. I claim the right to make changes if something isn't clear or mentioned in this ToS at any moment.2. Getting a commission.
2.a. You can commission me through the commission form (link on top of the page).
2.b. You get a commission only if I message you about getting a slot in my queue.
2.c. You can check the status of your commission in my Queue (link on top of the page).
2.d. You can't cancel your commission after you get your first sketches.3. Payments and refunds.
3.a. All prices are in € - EURO.
3.b. The only payment method is through PayPal invoice, I'll need your PayPal Email to send it to you.
3.c. You have to pay for your commission as soon as possible or until you get your first sketches; I won't continue my work until it's paid.
3.d. The only refund you can get is 50% of the commission price (minus PayPal fees) if you're not happy after seeing a sketch. No refunds after further process of your commission!
3.e. I claim the right to cancel your commission at any moment if your behavior or actions are against ToS, rude, disrespectful or in my personal opinion are causing problems. No refunds for that.4. Process of your commission.
4.a. I give no deadlines, you'll receive your art as soon as possible.
4.b. I show progress of main stages of commission (e.g. sketch, colors, shading, alts; depends on your commission).
4.c. You're free to request changes on each stage that is related to them (e.g. changing pose on sketch stage, but not changing pose on color stage).
4.d. Commission is finished after you accept the final preview, after that you'll receive final file/s.
4.e. Your commission will be canceled if you won’t send me feedback within a month of sending you last progress. No refunds after that. Be sure to let me know in advance if you won’t be able to send me feedback to avoid cancellation.5. Your rights to finished artwork.
5.a. You can ask for your art to be private (before I start working on it), otherwise I'll upload it to my galleries and mention/tag your name.
5.b. You are allowed to upload your commission anytime as long as you mention me as the author.
5.c. You are allowed to use your commission as profile picture, background or anything that is just for a personal use.
5.d. You are not allowed to sell my artwork, use it in any commercial way or make any changes without my permission.
5.e. You are not allowed to use my artwork in any A.I. related stuff.6. What I'm fine drawing:

- You must be an active patron with your payment completed to receive your benefits!
- Benefits below only apply to stuff commissioned or organized after you joined my Patreon! (e.g. you have to wait for your sticker benefit till the next announcement, your discounts will apply to new commissions, etc.)
- I wanna do my best to benefit my loyal long-term patrons and keep their old benefits even after updating my Patreon if it’s possible. All your benefits that are no longer available will be saved on the unpublished tiers you’re currently signed for. In case of swapping your tier to a different one makes you lose your access to tiers you joined before and no longer exist.
 
8.a. Commission Discount Benefit
- Tiers “Coffee Felk” and “Sticky Charr” have a 10% commission discount.
- Discounts are added to your invoice only for comms requested through commission form! (Events like YCH's are not eligible to include patreon discounts).
- Discounts are only applied at the day of sending a commission and you have to be an active patron during the time of paying for it.
 
8.b. Monthly Sticker Benefit
- To receive your sticker be sure to look for a Patreon or Discord post with the link to “Send your Monthly Sticker idea” form where I announce collecting sticker ideas for each month (I'm always trying to do it at 1st day of a month) and then you have 7 days to send your sticker idea, otherwise you lose your sticker for that month.
- Due to Subscription model of Patreon, only those Patrons that joined before the 7th day of each month can apply for a sticker benefit. If you joined later then you need to wait for the next month opening!
- You can't get stickers for every month you missed.
- You can't send me stickers ideas in advance.
- You can only ask for Head / Half-Body Stickers and with addons or with YCH.Last ToS changes document
